In case the parents are not part of the reservation, an express written authorization from them is required also. Law 679 of 2001 establishes measures to prevent and counteract the sexual exploitation of minors in the context of tourism. According to this law, tourist establishments such as hotels and lodging places must implement policies to protect minors. This includes the obligation to request documentation proving the identity of the accompanying adult and their relationship to the minor. - Wristband Identification: For added security and to help identify guests within the property, wristbands will be provided to all guests on the day of check-in, between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Guests are required to wear the wristband throughout their entire stay. This helps ensure a safe and organized environment for everyone. On the day of check-out, wristbands will be collected between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Please note that lost wristbands will incur an additional charge. All of our team will be available to you ONLINE through Airbnb chat. The entrance to Casa Fiora Oasis and your apartment is fully automatic. You’ll receive both passcodes after completing the online registration link for all guests in that same link. After 10 PM, our property is monitored by our nighttime security service. Upon arrival, please announce yourself. After a quick validation to confirm that you and your companions are registered, you’ll be granted access. Once confirmed, you can enter using your access code, and our on-site security guard will ensure a smooth and secure entry. -We offer a VIP airport shuttle additional service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. (Reservations are required in advance.) -Extra Cleaning Service: Available upon request for $25 USD. -Laundry Service: Available for a fee and upon request. -Concierge Service: For reservations, included according to the employees' schedule. - Gym day ($15 USD per guest) Unregistered guests are not allowed (fine of $150 USD). Additional guests after check-in are subject to a fee of $50/person, up to the unit's maximum capacity. No smoking inside (fine of $100 USD). No parties allowed (fine of $300 USD).
